First let me say "Bravo". What a great service you are providing and without sparing customer satisfaction. Let me share an experience: About a year ago we ordered an edited version of "Braveheart" from another company - Clean Flicks. I was extremely excited as this is my favorite movie of all time, but because of the 'R' rating we would not allow it into the house. Finally I would have a DVD version of this movie I could watch with the family. Well, after paying almost $50, and waiting almost 4 months for it to arrive, the movie was pixilated and only worked about 30 min into the movie. After that it was unplayable. Trying to get in touch with the company to get a new version sent out was a nightmare and I ended up with a $50 coaster. Fast forward 1 year and I found your site. I ordered the same movie and received an edited version at a fraction of the cost in a matter of a few days. What a difference! Thank You!!!!!!!! In addition I get almost all my movies thru Columbia House at rates much lower than buying in the store. So having the option to obtain my own copy of the movie and then have you provide an edit without having to pay the outrageous retail prices for the originals is a wonderful option. I know I am rambling on, but let me also add that your editing is wonderful and professional. If a person had not seen the original they would never know where the edits take place.
